Hillary Clinton says Senator Diane Feinstein [D-Cal] should ignore calls to resign due her declining health. Clinton -herself a former New York senator- says Feinstein’s departure would allow Republicans to block a replacement on the Senate Judiciary Committee. In an interview with Time magazine Clinton said “… if we’re going to get judges confirmed, which is one of the most important continuing obligations that we have, then we cannot afford to have her seat vacant,”.
