A key target of Republicans in the Senate says he enjoyed “record breaking” fundraising in the second quarter. Senator Jon Tester [D-Mont] is on a shortlist of Democrats in red-leaning states republicans hope to put out of work in 2024. The job just got harder after Tester says he raked in FIVE million dollars in the second quarter. A statement from his campaign says it reflections widespread support for Tester: “Montanans are fired up to keep the dirt farmer from Big Sandy in the United States Senate.”
