It’s not often GOP senator Tom Cotton [R-Ark] has much good to say about President Biden’s handling of domestic or foreign affairs. When it comes to the presidet’s plan to send  cluster munitions to Ukraine, however, Cotton tweets “Providing this new capability is the right decision — even if it took too long — and is one I’ve supported.” The controversial munitions are banned in a treaty signed by 120 nations. They do not include Russia, Ukraine, or the United States.
