Biden’s hydrogen fuel plan runs into a water shortage
The Biden administration’s plan to create hydrogen-producing hubs is running into a problem. In its push to create a low-emissions fuel, the administration will award tens of billions of dollars to several U-S locations to build clean hydrogen hubs.
