Biden, Zelensky to discuss “victory plan” for Ukraine

President Biden welcomes Ukrainian President Zelensky to the White House. After meeting briefly in New York yesterday on the sidelines of the United Nations, the two leaders will continue talks in the Oval Office this afternoon. Zelensky is set to present a victory plan in his country’s fight against Russia. And Mr. Biden will announce “a series of actions to accelerate support for Ukraine’s military.”
