President Biden is setting a 10-year deadline for U.S. cities to replace lead pipes. In a bid to improve the safety of drinking water in many U-S cities, the president announced a new rule that requires lead pipes to be replaced over the next decade. The president spoke in Milwaukee, one of many cities across the country taking steps to remove lead pipes. He said the goal is simple: “It’s about clean water.”
