President Biden ordered flags across the nation to be flown at half-staff in honor of Senator Dianne Feinstein. In a White House proclamation, the president said lowering the flags to half-staff is a “mark of respect” for Feinstein, who died this week at the age of 90. Mr. Biden remembered the late senator as a “pioneering American.” Feinstein was the longest-serving female senator in U-S history.
