For the second time in two weeks, a Biden judicial nominee has withdrawn from consideration. Federal prosecutor Jabari Wamble has withdrawn his name from consideration after waiting nearly two years for action on his nomination. He had been nominated to be a U-S district judge in Kansas. He’s the second Biden judicial nominee to withdraw this month. The White House called Wamble “deeply qualified,” but one official familiar with the confirmation process said he was expected to receive a “not qualified” designation from the American Bar Association.
