President Biden is cheering the Supreme Court’s ruling on the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. In a 7-2 ruling, the high court said the way the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is funded does not violate the Constitution. The CFPB is a federal agency that was created after the 2008 financial crisis.
