AZ Dems Say Split-Ticket Voting Favors Gallegos Over Lake Even If Trump Wins

Download
Democrats are hoping a history of “split-ticket” voting  in Arizona means their Senate candidate will win even if Donald Trump captures the state’s presidential vote.  Polls indicate Trump enjoys a slight edge over Harris in Arizona, something that would normally portend a GOP advantage in the Senate race as well. But Democrat poiticos note the state has seen an abnormal amount of split-ticket voting in the recent past, and say that bodes well for Democrat Senate candidate Ruben Gallegos. Republicans looking to buck this year are hoping all those who cast ballots for Trump will also vote for GOP senate candidate Kari Lake.
