VERBATIM: The Quebec College of Physicians thinks the government should allow doctors to kill infants who suffer from “severe pain, extreme deformation or a fatal diagnosis.” The QCP tells the Daily Mail that it wants the Canadian government to extend its physician-assisted suicide law to include such newborns.
