VERBATIM: Philip North heads the Anglican Diocese of Blackburn and he has written a letter to his parishioners admitting that he never condemned the rise of so-called “rape gangs” in England because he didn’t want to appear racist. The gangs, which have become a national scandal in the United Kingdom, are being run by Muslim immigrants.
