It’s been a deadly year for Israeli civilians. Former Israel ambassador to the U.S. Dr. Michael Oren says the Palestinian Authority has lost control in Jenin,  leaving terrorist groups free to use the area as a launching pad for the terrorist attacks that have left more than thirty Israelis dead so far this year.
