Auburn (25-2) retained its top spot with victories over Arkansas and Georgia last week. In an 82-70 victory over Georgia on Saturday, the Tigers’ Johni Broome continued his pursuit toward national Player of the Year honors with a season high 31 points to go along with 14 rebounds.

No. 2 Duke (24-3) moved up one spot following a convincing 110-67 victory over Illinois on Saturday, while No. 3 Florida (24-3) dropped one spot despite victories over Oklahoma and LSU. Houston (23-4) and Tennessee (22-5) each moved up a spot to Nos. 4 and 5, respectively.

Alabama (22-5), St. John’s (24-4), Michigan State (22-5). Iowa State (21-6) and Texas Tech (21-6) round out the top 10. The Spartans moved up six spots to No. 8.
