Feb 3 (Reuters) – ARKO Petroleum is seeking a valuation of as much as $910 million in its U.S. initial public offering, the fuel distributor said on Tuesday.
It expects to raise up to $210 million in the offering after selling 10.5 million shares in a price range of $18 to $20 apiece.
The company has applied to list on the Nasdaq exchange under the symbol “APC.”
