SYDNEY (Reuters) – A woman animal handler at an Australian theme park was attacked by a tiger and has been taken to hospital with deep cuts to the arm, Australian media reported on Monday.

Emergency services were called to the Dreamworld theme park near Gold Coast in Queensland state after an incident involving a tiger on Monday morning, Queensland Ambulance Service said.

The woman, in her 40s, is in a stable condition at the hospital.
