Alpha Data to list on Abu Dhabi securities exchange, offering 40% stake

DUBAI (Reuters) – UAE technology services firm Alpha Data said on Thursday it plans to list on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), offering 400 million shares, equal to 40% of its capital.
The offering consists entirely of existing shares held by investors Bin Hamoodah and Ibbini Investment, the company said in a statement.
Alpha Data reported a net profit of 127 million dirhams and revenue of 2.32 billion dirhams for 2024.
