(SRN NEWS)- The 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will allow a professor from the University of Louisville to sue the school for wrongful termination.
Dr. Allan Josephson was removed as head of the school’s child psychology program after he stated his opposition to puberty-blocking drugs and sex-change operations for kids suffering from gender dysphoria.
The university is trying to have the case dismissed but the appeals court says no — Dr. Josephson must have his day in court.
