(SRN NEWS)- A three judge panel of the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has granted a preliminary injunction, blocking a state law that bars public school employees from telling parents that their child is living as the opposite sex in class. The city of Huntington Beach is fighting the law in court, and has requested the injunction while the suit plays out. The judges ruled that in their opinion, the California ban “likely deprive the parents of their constitutional rights.”
