(SRN NEWS)-A three-judge panel of the U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals has rejected a measure that barred doctors from discussing abortion with underage girls unless parental permission is first obtained.  Planned Parenthood sued to overturn the measure arguing that it infringes in free speech.  Indiana has a lot of pro-life laws, including a ban in most abortions throughout pregnancy with some exceptions for rape, incest, or medical emergencies.
