(SRN NEWS) – It’s a hot topic in religious circles these days though an exact definition of “deconstruction” is elusive.
Some say it means quitting Christianity entirely while others say it’s just a discarding of beliefs that aren’t actually Christian in the first place. Whatever you call it, a new Barna poll finds that 13% of American adults say they have completely deconstructed the faith of their youth — 29% say they’ve done that somewhat.
9% of Christians say they have completely deconstructed.
