(SRN NEWS) – After a hearing this week, the judge said the two individuals have shown their separation from the military would cause lasting damage to their careers.
She issued a two-week ban on enforcement of the president’s executive order banning transgender people from military service.
Both men have already been put on administrative leave, but the judge said they are likely to prevail on equal protection grounds by showing they have been singled out due to their sex.
