The Freedom From Religion Foundation wants them to tear it down and is threatening a lawsuit if they don’t. The county is standing firm. First Liberty Institute, which represents Rockwall, says the 10 Commandments monument is almost identical to one that the U.S. Supreme Court approved at the state capital in Austin.
