Japan PM Kishida’s son to resign as secretary, Kishida says
TOKYO (Reuters) – The son of Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida will resign as the premier’s secretary, Kishida said on Monday.
The resignation comes after a magazine last week published photos of the son, Shotaro Kishida, with relatives at the Prime Minister’s official residence, where they were apparently pretending to hold a news conference. The behaviour was widely criticised by opposition politicians.
