Binance pauses deposits, withdrawals due to issue affecting spot trading

(Reuters) – Cryptocurrency exchange Binance is working on an issue that has impacting spot trading on its platform, its Chief Executive Changpeng Zhao said in a tweet on Friday.

“Initial analysis indicates matching engine encountered a bug on a trailing stop order,” he said in a tweet, adding that deposits and withdrawals have been paused as a standard operating procedure.
