The Biden administration has unveiled its winter COVID-19 plans. As the cold weather months arrive, coronavirus cases are up across 90 percent of the country. White House COVID-19 coordinator Dr. Ashish Jha says the most important thing Americans can do is get their updated vaccine shot. The White House is once more making available free COVID-19 tests. Each household can order four free at-home tests, which will be mailed starting in the coming week.
