Arizona senator Kirsten Sinema [I-AZ] has filed the paperwork to begin her run for re-election as an Independent in 2024. Sinema has filed a statement of candidacy with the Federal Election Commission. It comes just a week after she let it be known she was leaving the Democrat party and would become an Independent.
