More than TWENTY Republican senators are warning President Biden they won’t vote to hike the debt-ceiling unless the deal includes genuine spending cuts to address the nation’s $31-TRILLION dollar debt.  The senators have signed o to a letter penned by Utah’s fiscal conservative senator Mike Lee, and Ted Budd of North Carolina and sent to President Biden. It states that Republican policy is that no debt-limit hike will be approved without federal spending cuts, or what the letter calls “meaningful structural reform in spending.”
