DOJ Sues AmerisourceBergen For Alleged Role in Opioid Crisis

The DOJ is suing AmerisourceBergen, seeking potentially BILLIONS of dollars in damages. The company is accused of ignoring warning signs some of it’s shipments were being diverted to illegal markets, or to customers with opioid addictions.
